These Retro Planet Dollars can ONLY be spent at YOUR booths! Here's how YOU, as a vendor, directly benefit from Retro Planet Dollars:

Guaranteed Foot Traffic: The allure of winning and spending RPD will draw attendees directly to the vendor and artist areas. It's a built-in incentive for them to explore what you have to offer.

Exclusive Spending Power: Unlike regular cash that attendees might save or spend elsewhere, RPD creates a closed-loop economy within the event. Every Retro Planet Dollar won is a dollar destined to be spent with our vendors and artists.

Increased Sales Opportunities: Attendees holding RPD are essentially walking around with "house money" in their pockets, making them more likely to make impulse purchases or finally snag that item they've been eyeing.

Booths do not include elctricity. We recomend bringing a portable power station. If you absolutely need power we can supply power for an additional $75 charge. Pipe and drape is not included. Booth sharing, swapping or reselling is not allowed.

Vendor Policies

• The sale of Bootleg Items is NOT Permitted.

• Explicit Adult material is NOT Permitted.

• Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted. • No food or drink sales.

• The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.

• Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Retro Planet Weapons Policy.

• Any violation of the Exhibitor Rules or Convention Policies will be escorted off the grounds.

• We do not require any paperwork to be a vendor at this event. It is your responsibility to collect and file your own taxes.

Loss/Damage Liability

Retro Planet makes no claim of the safety or security of Attendee/Artist/Vendor(s) property. Attendee/Artist/Vendor will not hold Anime Sekai responsible for loss or damage of their property. That being said we will have security throughout the event, and the Vendor Hall/Artist Alley will be locked after setup and event hours.

Who qualifies to get a table in the Artist Alley:

• Someone who designs and creates their own original work.

• Any item featuring artist own characters.

• Original hand drawn items.

• Original hand crafted items such as; plush toys, dolls.

• Original clothing and accessories such as; t-shirts, bags, pins, buttons, jewelry, props, ears, chain mail.

• Self published works such as; CD's, books, DVD's.

• Fan Art as long as it clearly shows artist work and not trying to replicate.

Items artist are NOT allowed to sell or offer:

• Food or Drinks.

• Hazardous Items.

• Commercial Products.

• Weapons.

• Face painting.

• Autographs.

• Artwork that is not your own.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ALL BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. They may be upgraded.

• BOOTH PURCHASES cannot be transferred forward to future shows.

• Please be careful not to lose or misplace your badge or wristband because they will not be replaced. All convention functions require a convention badge or wristband worn in plain sight in order to participate.

Guest appearances are subject to change or cancellation due to professional obligations. Please check the Retro Planet website for the most current listings prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a guest cancellation.
